We offer Eviction Management services including

• Sign and serve in the property owner’s name all notices required to initiate and pursue the eviction process
• Commence and prosecute actions to evict tenants
• Recover possession of the property in the owner’s name
• Recover rents and other amounts due

Additionally, our Standard and Comprehensive Management tiers include Landlord Risk Insurance that will reimburse you for 8-12 weeks of lost rent if a resident is evicted or skips out on the lease and up to $5,000 in eviction court and legal fees.
