Matthew J. Tandy
Chief Executive Officer

Matt is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Formatic Property Management, Inc. As CEO, he oversees all day to day processes and guides the long term vision. He is always seeking new and innovative ways to improve the rental ownership experience for property owners, continuing his commitment to providing professional, accountable, and reliable services.
Due to his extensive experience in rentals throughout the country and deep knowledge of real estate investments, Matt is a frequently requested speaker at investor and rental industry seminars and trade groups.
He loves gardening, camping, fishing, soccer, history, cutting edge tech, all things business, and spending time with his wife of fourteen years and their two sons and one daughter.
Experience
Previous to Formatic Property Management, Inc., Mr. Tandy was in charge of business development as a Vice President of Northpoint, a residential Property Management firm focused on the single-family home market. During his tenure, it grew from a single office to fourteen in eleven states. He personally placed over $100 million in 3rd party assets under management. Prior to his time with Northpoint, Mr. Tandy was a successful financial adviser with Ameriprise.
Education
Mr. Tandy attended Brigham Young University where he majored in Ancient Near Eastern Studies. He holds a California Real Estate License and has been licensed in the states of Texas and Utah. He has held multiple Financial Securities and Planning licenses.
Organization
Mr. Tandy serves as the President of the Long Beach / Orange County chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers, which also covers property managers in the Inland Empire area of California. NARPM is the primary trade group for residential property managers. Before becoming President, he was the President-Elect (2019), and Treasurer (2018).
Travis Campbell
Broker, Senior Property Manager

Travis is the licensed Broker for Formatic Property Management, Inc in California. He is a single-point of contact for property owners and tenants, and is always aware of all leasing, accounting, and maintenance needs and history, while being supported by our back-office staff. He is proactive in seeking the long term profitability and stability of each home and loves any challenge thrown his way. If you bring him a distressed property, he will expertly guide it to its full potential. He is a property turnaround rock star! He has also personally conducted over 100 real estate sales transactions.
He loves golf, anything outdoors, and spending time with his wife and sons.
Experience
Travis originally joined Formatic Property Management, Inc. as an associate property manager and has worked his way to Property Manager, Senior Property Manager, Branch Manager, Broker, and Partner. Previous to Formatic Property Management, Inc., Mr. Campbell worked for Wilhite Langley Inc as a Project Manager, overseeing their construction and other projects, from materials to design and budget. He owned and operated New Beginnings Real Estate from 2009 to 2016, and previous to that worked for Coldwell Banker from 2005 - 2008. He has over a decade of real estate experience.
Education
Mr. Campbell holds a California and Colorado Real Estate Broker's License. He holds a BS in Business and Project Management.
